Welcome to Speed Dating ⚀ Vegas. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services ("Services"), which facilitate speed dating events in Las Vegas. By using our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Our Services

Speed Dating ⚀ Vegas offers a platform to connect individuals looking for romantic relationships through organized speed dating events in Las Vegas. By using our Services, you agree to comply with all event rules and guidelines.

User Conduct and Liability

You are responsible for your conduct and interactions during the speed dating events and on our platform. We reserve the right to review your conduct for compliance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

By participating in our events and using our Services, you acknowledge that:

  • Participants must not share or request personal contact information during the event.
  • Participants can only exchange contact information through Speed Dating: Vegas after the event, if both parties agree.
  • If a participant voluntarily shares their personal contact information outside of Speed Dating ⚀ Vegas's official communication methods, we and the venue assume no liability for any consequences resulting from such exchanges.
  • Speed Dating ⚀ Vegas does not conduct criminal background checks and cannot guarantee the character, history, or intentions of any participant. We are not responsible for any harm, misconduct, or criminal activity committed by a participant or third party.

Assumption of Risk

By attending an event, you acknowledge that meeting new people carries inherent risks. You agree that Speed Dating ⚀ Vegas and its partner venues are not liable for any injury, harm, damages, or losses you may experience before, during, or after an event.

Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Nevada.

By using our Services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms.

Payment and Fees

All payments for Speed Dating ⚀ Vegas events are due upfront and are non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in our refund policy.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your participation in any event by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance for a refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks and logos, are owned by Speed Dating ⚀ Vegas and may not be used without express written consent.

Photos and Videos

By attending a Speed Dating ⚀ Vegas event, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Some images or footage may be used in digital marketing materials to advertise future events.

  • Your image may be used in online promotional materials, including social media, website content, and event advertisements.
  • You may request the removal of any photo featuring you by contacting Speed Dating ⚀ Vegas. Please allow some time for modifications to marketing campaigns after a request is made.
  • Your photos will not be used for any print marketing campaigns without prior consent.

Warranties and Liabilities

Speed Dating ⚀ Vegas makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the functionality, accuracy, or reliability of our Services.

  • We do not guarantee successful matches or connections between participants.
  • We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of any information provided by participants.
  • We are not responsible for any actions, behavior, or outcomes that arise from interactions between participants.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speed Dating ⚀ Vegas and its partner venues are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, loss of data, or financial loss.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your participation and/or access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms or any event guidelines;
  • You engage in any behavior that is disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to other participants or staff;
  • You engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.
